Welcome to our new publication, The Campbell Letter. We created this newsletter to share thoughtful – and sometimes provocative – commentary on the plant-based movement, and on other related topics touching on health, politics, economics, the environment, philosophy, and ethics.
Alongside this commentary from me, Kim will provide delicious plant-based recipes and cooking tips. As many of you know, Kim has written three highly regarded cookbooks, created hundreds of recipes, developed 40+ food products for retail sale, and delivered countless hours of culinary education over the years — all of which give her much to share.
